Purpose:
The purpose of the Relief Society is to help women and their families come unto Christ. Some of the goals we wish to obtain are:
1. Have faith in God and to build individual testimonies of Christ’s gospel. We wish to instruct women to know their divine worth and to develop personal knowledge of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
2. Give compassionate service by offering a support system for families and individuals in need.
3. Strengthening the families of the Church and focusing on living the gospel in our homes. We teach the eternal nature of the Family and encourage all to participate in family history and temple work.
4. Sustain the priesthood to help all to receive the ordinances of the gospel and enter into the covenants of the temple.
